His will dated 4 Jan 1718 and proved on 24 Apr 1719 in E. Greenwich, naming his wife, Humility; sons, John, Benjamin, Henry, Caleb and Joshua and daughters Mary Spencer, wife of Thomas Spencer; Ann Tennant, wife of Daniel Tennat; Phebe Wells, wife of Thomas Wells, Katherine Greene, Sarah Greene, Dinah Greene and Deborah Green. The last two sons and last three daughters were under age.
